01. General terms and conditions
1.1. 02. Prices

03. Shopping cart and order fulfillment

You will receive an order confirmation by email. The order will start running after the administrator confirms it. Please check the correctness of your order!
Choosing a payment method “Bank card”, click “Select“, then ”Order”. When choosing home delivery, please check the possibility of paying by Bank card with the courier during their call.

04. Payment

4.3. Your order will be canceled if you have not made a payment within 3 days.

05. Shipping and delivery of the goods
5.1. After the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement, the goods are delivered to the address specified by you at a pre-agreed time.
5.2. The Product, together with the necessary documents, is delivered within the estimated delivery time specified in the product description.
5.3. If conoscanopy.com does not have time to deliver the goods in the promised time for reasons that do not depend on conoscanopy.com (the product is temporarily out of stock, delayed due to the supplier’s fault) conoscanopy.com informs the customer about this as soon as possible by email or phone within 3 business days, starting from the moment of signing the contract, as well as notifies the new delivery time.
5.4. If the customer is no longer interested in purchasing the product, they have the right to cancel the order and conoscanopy.com it will refund the entire amount.
5.5. The courier delivers the goods to the address you specify. Further address changes are not possible.
5.6. When providing contact information, please make sure that it is accurate and correct in order to avoid misunderstandings in the future. conoscanopy.com, and the courier is not responsible for the delivery of the goods, in case of incorrectly provided personal data.
5.7. When you receive or pick up an order, please check its status and sign an invoice or other document to receive the parcel. If you notice either an external defect in the parcel and/or the product, or a mismatch in the configuration when you receive the product, be sure to indicate this in the invoice or other document for receiving the parcel. Also, in the presence of a courier, our employee at the delivery point of goods, or an employee of the post office, draw up a report in free form on the detection of defects in the product. 06. Order cancellation and return of goods

6.2. After receiving the goods, the customer has the right, according to the Law of Obligations, to get acquainted with the goods within 14 days. 6.3. If an order is cancelled in accordance with clauses 4.3 and 6.1, the amount paid for the order, together with the delivery costs, will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the refund request, except for the cases specified in clauses 6.4 and 6.2. If the order is returned for the reason specified in clause 6.2, the amount paid for the order together with the delivery costs will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request for return and arrival of the goods at the warehouse conoscanopy.com.
6.4. If the cause of damage to the product was caused by circumstances not related to conoscanopy.com and / or the product was used for purposes not specified in the instructions, conoscanopy.com has the right to reduce the refunded amount by an amount equal to the damage. If the amount is recalculated, conoscanopy.com sends a request to your email address to reduce the amount to be refunded. If the client does not agree to the terms of changing the payment, they have the right to engage an independent expert to assess the cost. The costs of the examination are divided in half between conoscanopy.com and the client, except in cases where one of the parties unreasonably refuses to do so. In this case, all costs associated with the examination are borne by the party who unreasonably refused.
6.5. The Consumer is obliged to bear the cost of the return, except in cases when the product to be returned did not match the order, or in the case of warranty or repair.
6.6. The Buyer must return the product after submitting a return request within 14 days, or provide a certificate that the product was transferred to the supplier within the specified period.
07. Warranty and requirements for the returned product
7.1. Warranty service for all products offered in the online store conoscanopy.com, provided under the terms of the warranty established by the manufacturer of the product. The warranty period for the product is specified in the product description. When purchasing, the buyer is issued with the product warranty documents, and they specify the terms of warranty service for this product.
7.2. In order to avoid misunderstandings, please check at the point of delivery of the goods whether the warranty documents are correctly filled out, which indicate the following: product model, serial number, date of sale, and signatures of the seller and buyer. An invoice sent by email or issued at the point of delivery of goods is the buyer’s guarantee document.
7.3. Before you start using the product, please carefully read the instructions for use and use the product only in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturer, the characteristics and properties of the product, and its purpose.
7.4. Even if the manufacturer has established a warranty period of less than two years for the product, the buyer may claim that the product or service does not comply with the terms of the agreement within two years from the date of purchase of the product or service. The shop is responsible for sold to a buyer that does not meet the terms of the contract, or defective goods which were in transit or that arise within two years from the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer. 7.5. If the quality of the product does not meet the terms of the agreement, the buyer has the right to demand replacement of the product or cancellation of the agreement and a refund

If the product is returned that does not meet the quality requirements, the customer is transferred the amount paid together with the delivery costs to the specified Bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days. Please return the product to the warranty center in its original packaging along with all components.
The warranty does not apply to:
damages resulting from the fact that the product was not used in accordance with the instructions for use, the conditions of storage and transportation of the product were not observed, or the product was not installed as provided for in the instructions;
damages caused by the client;
there are damages caused by a natural disaster, lightning strike, fire, flood, etc.;
physical and mechanical damage caused by the client;
damage caused by the penetration of foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc.;
damages related to the use of non-original goods or not certified by the manufacturer for use with this product;
damaged warranty seal of the product, serial number, found signs of interference with the product and violation of instructions;
the damage is due to the fact that the product was not used for its intended purpose;
defects and damages that have occurred in connection with the use of goods, accessories and components that are not provided by the manufacturer.
7.7 For legal entities, there is a 6-month warranty for products that have a warranty period of at least 6 months for individuals.
08. Liability and force majeure
8.1. conoscanopy.com is responsible to you, and you are responsible to conoscanopy.com for damages caused to the other party by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and amounts established by the legislation of the ER.
8.2. conoscanopy.com does not bear responsibility for the caused damage and delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay is caused by a circumstance that conoscanopy.com could not affect the onset of which almarta.com did not foresee and could not foresee (force majeure).
09. Other terms and conditions

If an agreement is not reached, you have the right to apply to the consumer protection Department or the Tallinn city court to protect your rights. Disputes are resolved based on the legislation of the ER.
