Return of defective goods and claims
When providing the product to the warranty center, you must submit all the documents proposed by the manufacturer for the product, a document confirming the purchase of the product (this invoice), which is also a warranty card for the product.
Attention! The customer is responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at our warehouse. Make sure that the goods are correctly packed and that the risk that the product may be damaged during transport is excluded.
NB! When returning the product to the seller, the original packaging and complete set of the product are required.
Warranty period:
Within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer at the pick-up point: Kesk tee 36-10, Aaviku, 75305 Harju maakond, or by courier of the transport company.
The warranty does not apply to:
- damages resulting from the fact that the product was not used in accordance with the instructions for use, the conditions of storage and transportation of the product were not observed, or the product was not installed as provided for in the instructions;
- damages caused by the client’s fault;
- the product is damaged mechanically or otherwise;
- there is damage caused by a natural disaster, lightning strike, fire, flood, etc.;
- damage caused by the penetration of foreign objects, liquids, insects, dust, etc.;
- damage caused by the use of non-original components;
- there are signs of interference with the product and violation of the assembly instructions and installation of the structure;
- the damage is due to the fact that the product was not used for its intended purpose;
- damage caused by changing the technical data of the product;
- if the buyer does not submit a document confirming the purchase of this product (which is also a warranty card for the product), as well as all documents attached by the manufacturer to the product;
- defects and damages that occurred in connection with the use of goods, accessories and components that are not provided by the manufacturer.
According to the provisions of VÕS § 53 h. 4 p. 3, the goods collected according to the special instructions and instructions of the buyer presented at the time of registration of the goods are not entitled to refuse the goods, and high-quality goods are not refundable.
