    What is the shipping cost for the visor?

    The delivery cost depends on the chosen visor model and delivery address. The exact cost can be seen when you specify the delivery address when placing an order in the shopping cart.

    How long will delivery take?

    We ship orders daily. Delivery time depends on the delivery country you choose. Usually in Europe it is 3-5 working days.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    Yes, we issue invoices for all purchases in the online store. You can provide your account details when placing your order.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

    Contact us immediately, including a photo of the damage. We must be sure that this happened on the way and it is not your fault. We will resend the visor to you or offer compensation as you choose.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can only cancel or change your order before it has been shipped.  Changing an order is possible by canceling and placing a new order. Due to the peculiarities of parcel picking, changing an order is possible by canceling it and placing a new order.

    Will I be able to track the delivery of my order?

    You can track your order en route using a tracking number. We send it to the buyer upon shipment.

    Can I return an item if it doesn't fit correctly?

    You can return a visor purchased from us in the online store within 14 calendar days. You will need to inform us in writing of your decision, enclosing your purchase documents. The costs of shipping the visor to our warehouse are borne by the buyer.
